Sadly, Zoe Justice passed away on Sunday morning, 29th June 2025.
Zoe’s son Mark let us know that it seems she just collapsed and died. Zoe had a heart problem, so Mark suspected it was a sudden heart attack. She was 92 and such a lovely, young thinking friend to many people at Diamond.
Zoe served as a fundraiser for Diamond, and her husband Derrick held the position of Treasurer for several years. Diamond was very much a family affair as the photograph, taken in 1996 shows, with Zoe, Derrick and their son Mark running a stall at the Autumn Fair.
Mark said he would like “The Derrick Justice Award”, which was presented at the “Volunteer Thank You Afternoon” on Sunday 29th June, to continue as a fitting way to remember Zoe & Derrick.
