1. Initial Enquiry

Please email us to express your interest in riding with us. A member of our team will then send you a Rider Enquiry Form to complete.

2. Centre Tour

Once we have received your completed enquiry form, you will be invited to visit the centre for a tour. This provides an opportunity to:

• Meet our team
• See our facilities and horses
• Learn about what riding sessions involve
• Ask any questions you may have
• Understand the rider journey and what to expect

3. Joining the Waiting List

Following your visit, your details will be added to our waiting list. Waiting times can vary depending on rider requirements and available spaces.

4. Rider Assessment

When you reach the top of the waiting list, we will invite you to attend a rider assessment. This helps us determine the most suitable horse, session, and level of support required.

5. Offer of a Riding Place

When a suitable place becomes available, we will contact you to offer a riding session.

Important Information

• Riding sessions are charged termly.
• Invoices are issued in advance of each term.
• Fees remain payable regardless of attendance, as your place is reserved for you for the duration of the term.
• For the welfare of our horses and in line with our safety procedures, the maximum rider weight limit is 73kg.
